Project Folder Descriptions

Survey of Public Data: Contains information about the project personnel and a table of publicly available experiments determined to be of interest for SSF projects. 

Individual Datasets: Explore the individual datasets that were selected from the public data as representatives of the disease types under investigation. This folder contains a subfolder for each experiment where the user can browse detailed metadata about the experiment, and visualize results from the original study.  

Explore Integrated Taxonomy: Explore the integrated data from the SSF research efforts to build a molecular taxonomy comparing 9 different skin diseases.
